When will my order be shipped?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. If you have purchased a '7-Day Express' item, these are prioritized to get to you even faster. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your gear! You can return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to sharkies all over the world! We offer various international shipping methods, including express options. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

What does 'Limited' vs 'Museum' mean?
'Limited' items are only available for a short time or until sold out. 'Museum' items are past favorites that have been retired from the shop, though they occasionally make a guest appearance in special releases.
